Ingredients
1 pound Lean ground turkey
Poultry seasoning or Mrs. Dash or
seasoning of preference
1 cloves garlic
Salt/pepper
Fresh thyme, mint, rosemary – herb of
choice
2 Tbls Teriyaki glaze

Dipping sauces

Pineapple chili sauce
1/2 cup Crushed pineapple
2 Tbls Sweet chili sauce
Dash Red Chili flakes
Juice of one Lime
Combine ingredients with small whisk
– best served at room temp.
Cranberry orange sauce
½ cup Cranberry sauce canned
Juice ½ Orange and zest
Lots of Black pepper
Lime juice
Combine ingredients with small whisk
– best served at room temp.
Preparation
1.Mix ground turkey, seasonings,
herbs in bowl until sticky (set in refrigerator to
stiffen if necessary)
2. Squeeze meat into hotdog shape
onto skewers (soak skewers 30 minutes if using wood)
3. Heat bbq to medium high – spray
grate with cooking spray
4 Cook skewer, turning once or twice
s until done, aprox. 5-8 minutes brushing with glaze as
it cooks
5. Serve with dipping sauce
